Judo: Judo is a systematic Olympic sport that has deep roots in the samurai culture. Derived from ju jitsu, judo is comprised of nage waza (throwing techniques), ne waza (grappling techniques), shime waza (choking techniques), and kansetsu waza (joint lock techniques).
